A brand-new Essential Services Laboratory (ESL) at Whittington Hospital went live on 29 September. This pristine laboratory space boasts the most up-to-date modern equipment and premises that are designed to support the hospital for today and well into the future.
Heath Services Laboratories took on the provision of pathology laboratory services for Whittington Health in April 2024 and 18 months later, the new laboratory project was completed - on the target date of 1 October 2025.
